Decorah- Elliot A. "Pete" Neuhring, 87, died Sunday, Aug. 6, 2000, at Aase Haugen Home after a lengthy illness. Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday, Decorah Lutheran Church, by the Rev. James Glesne and Ole Winter. Burial: Postville Cemetery, Postville. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at French and Balik Funeral Home and after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.

Survivors include his wife,, Dorothy; a daughter, Shirley Lange of Hampton; and two sons, Dave of Rockford, Ill., and Paul of Decorah.
