A fatal accident occurred at Decorah last Saturday, resulting in the death of Miss Alice Glover of that place. She with three others were in a carriage, and crossing a railroad track were struck by a train backing up, overturning them, the other three receiving slight injuries.

Transcriber's Note: Phelps cemetery records indicate Miss Glover was born November 15, 1860 and died May 13, 1890.
