Decorah- Norman A. Moen Sr., 89, died Friday, Jan. 16, 2004, in Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital, Decorah, following a short illness. Services: 2 p.m. Monday, Glenwood Lutheran Church, rural Decorah, by the Rev. Susan Debner. Burial: Glenwood East Cemetery, rural Decorah. Friends may call 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Schluter-Balik Funeral Home and after 1 p.m. at the church.

Survivors include a son, Norman of Decorah.
