Decorah- Adolph R. "Rosie" Rosel, 97, died Monday, March 18, 2002, in Winneshiek County Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. Services: 1:30 p.m. Friday, First Lutheran Church, by the Rev. Steven Jacobsen. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Fjelstul Funeral Home, Decorah, and after 12:30 p.m. Friday at the church.

Survivors include two sons, Gene of Decorah and George of Las Vegas.
