Mrs. Vondersitt Dies In Iowa City

Mrs. Don Vondersitt of Calmar died Tuesday, Feb. 9 in the University hospital at Iowa City where she had been a patient three weeks. She had been in poor health for several years.

Funeral services were conducted Friday at 11:30 a.m. in St. Aloysius Catholic church at Calmar by the Very Rev. G. V. Steiert. Burial was in the adjoining cemetery.

As Lorraine Kamp she was born March 31, 1932, at Castalia, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Kamp. She married Don Vondersitt June 2, 1956, in St. Aloysius church at Calmar.

Mrs. Vondersitt is survived by her husband; her mother, Mrs. Albert Schultz of Clermont; her grandmother, Mrs. Bertha Kamp of Postville; and two nieces and six nephews. She is also survived by two brothers, Kenneth Kamp and Charles Kamp of Decorah and one sister, Mrs. Tex Borg of Forest City.

She was preceded in death by her father and one brother, Leonard Kamp in 1962. Mrs. Vondersitt worked 14 years at the Buchel Produce in Calmar.
