Decorah- Shirley A. Headington, 66, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001, in her home after a sudden illness. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, First United Methodist Church, by the Rev. James Dale. Burial: Phelps Cemetery. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Saturday at the church. Arrangements with Fjelstul Funeral Home, Decorah.
