Decorah- Milton F. Otteson, 82, formerly of Marion, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 1997, in Aase Haugen Home after a long illness. Services: 1 p.m. Monday, Peace Lutheran Church, Ridgeway, by the Rev. Phillip Olson. Burial: Lutheran Cemetery, Decorah. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Fjelstul Funeral Home, Decorah, and after noon Monday at the church.

Survivors include his wife, Olga; two sons, David of Decorah and Kenneth of Vinton; and a sister, Clara Rindfliesch of Beloit, Wis.

Also surviving are 10 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

He worked for Harnischfeger in Cedar Rapids for many years until he retired in 1976 and moved to Decorah.
