Decorah- Thelma Rude, 71, of Decorah, died Tuesday, April 20, 2004, in Oneota Riverview Care Facility after a short illness. Services: 1 p.m. Saturday, Good Shepard Lutheran Church, Decorah, by the Rev. Jean Mau. Burial: Phelps Cemetery, Decorah. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at Schluter-Balik Funeral Home, Decorah, and after noon Saturday at the church.

Survivors include two sisters, Joan Nohre of Grundy Center and Sue Ramsey of Decorah.
