Mrs. Anna Erickson passed away Friday February 25th at the home of her sister, Mrs. Roy Green, on West Broadway in this city. Anaemia, from which she suffered two years, was the cause of her death. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon at two thirty o'clock in the Norwegian church. Rev. E.B. Torrison officiating.
Miss Anna Johnson was born September 11, 1885, in Highland township. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ludvig Johnson. She was educated in the school in Highlandville, and on June 20, 1906, married Louis Erickson in this city. To this union three children were born, Eva, Gladys and Lilly, all of whom survive. She is also survived by her parents, one brother and five sisters, namely Adolph Johnson, Mrs. Elmer Nefstad, Mrs. Albert Siverson, Mrs. Clarence Renslow, Mrs. Roy Green and Mrs. M.H. Needham. The bereaved family have the sympathy of a host of friends in their sorrow, which is hard to bear.
The deceased was a member of Big Canoe church and of the Rebecka lodge.
Among those from away who attended the funeral were Mrs. M.H. Needham of Fairmont, Minn., Mrs. Clarence Renslow of Rock Falls, Ill., Mrs. Elmer Nefstad of Hawarden, Sask., Canada, and Mrs. Albert Siverson of Graham Hills, Sask., Canada.
