The infant daughter of Mr. amd Mrs. John B. Moellers died Saturday morning, November 8, death being due to burns received the day previous. The little child was creeping on the floor, and it is believed that a piece of wood fell against the stove door, causing the door to open, from which sparks fell on the child's clothing. The mother had just come into the house and saw the child's clothing flaming with fire and immediately extinguished it. The doctor was sent for at once, but his efforts proved futile, the child succumbing to her injuries Saturday morning about seven o'clock.- Ossian Bee.
