Postville Review, Thur., 15 Dec. 1921.

OSSIAN MAN BURNED TO DEATH.

Saturday morning Frank Bushman of Ossian received burns which resulted in his death at about 8 o'clock that evening, says the Decorah Journal. He had started his fire and it smoldered. To hurry it he threw in kerosene from a can. The result was an explosion that fatally burned him, broke every window in the kitchen, and slightly burned his wife. Jno. Boyle, hearing the explosion, came to the door, and he too was burned. Mr. Bushman was 29 years old. He was a member of the auto firm of Bullard & Co.
