Otis LeRoy Barth, 21, of Decorah, son of Mr. and Mrs. Grant Barth of Decorah, died Dec. 25 at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
He had been ill about three weeks.
Survivors include his parents; five brothers, Gary, Glendon, Daryl, Duane and Terry, all of Decorah; and a sister, Norma Lundy of Decorah.
Funeral services for the Bolson employee will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Decorah Lutheran Church with the Rev. Allen Nelson in charge. Steine Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Burial will be in Springwater Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Harlan and Ervin Erickson, Dale and David Roher, and Lester and Norman Hjelmeland.
Mr. Barth was born May 28, 1940 in Decorah, and attended rural schools. He was a member of Decorah Lutheran Church.
