Lorraine Bohr, age 72, of Calmar, IA, died on Sunday, March 18, 2012, at the Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah, IA.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Calmar, IA, with Rev. Donald Hawes presiding. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call from 3:00-7:00 p.m., on Tuesday at the Schluter – Balik Funeral Home, French Chapel in Calmar, IA. Friends may also call after 10:00 a.m. at the church on Wednesday. There will be a rosary at 4:00 p.m., on Tuesday.

Lorraine is survived by her two sons: Randy (Marion) Bohr, Tripoli, IA; and Rick (friend, Barbi) Bohr, Decorah, IA. Seven grandchildren: Jeremy (Laura) Bohr, Heidi (David) Bouck, Tara Bohr, Daniel Bohr, Mitchell Bohr, Jacob Bohr and Elizabeth Bohr. Five great grandchildren: Jerome, Josie & Jackson Bohr, Kael & Karson Bohr. One sister: Cameo Kruse, Hiawatha, IA.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents: Clarence and Genevieve (Beck) Darling. Her husband: Jerome Bohr on July 28, 1995. Two sisters: Marion Russet and Evelyn Werden.
