Paul A. Braham, age 93, formerly of Postville, passed away peacefully Friday, Feb. 4, 2011, at the home of his daughter, Kristine Nordstrom, in Colorado Springs, Colo. A private family memorial gathering will be held this summer in Rudd, where his ashes will be interred. He worked in the furniture business for most of his life. Survivors are three daughters, Kristine Nordstrom (husband Ray) of Colorado Springs, Ruth Braham (husband James) of Wellsboro, Pa., and Janice Cottrell (husband Paul) of Arlington Heights, Ill.; step-children: Margeen Mau (husband Steve) of La Crescent, Minn., Steve Bolson (wife Ann) of Evergreen, Colo., and Rob Bolson (wife Nancy) of Decorah; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be sent to Pikes Peak Hospice 825 E. Pikes Peak Ave. Colorado Springs, CO 80903. Schutte-Grau Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
