Terrence Lee Kubik

Terrence Kubik, 46, of Decorah, died Monday, April 9, 2001 at home of natural causes.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 12 at 2 p.m. at Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah with Rev. James Glesne officiating.

Orgainst is Kathy Murray and the congregation will sing "Beautiful Savior," "How Great Thou Art" and "Amazing Grace."

Pallbearers are Todd Farland, Jerry Gossman, Joshua Gossman, Kevin Hemesath, Clifford Knudtson and Wayne Knudtson. Burial will be in the Prairie Cemetery, with FjelstuJ Funeral Home handling arrangements.

Terrence Lee Kubik was born July 5, 1954 in Waterloo to Walter and Arla (Folkedahl) Kubik.

He attended Decorah Community schools, and was a member of Decorah Lutheran Church.

Terrence Kubik worked as a refrigerator repairman, and enjoyed fishing, hunting, stock-car racing, gardening and cooking.

Survivors include his parents, Walter Kubik of Harpers Ferry and Arla Kubik of Decorah; three children, Dani Ann, Cari Mae and Joey Lee, all of Forest City, Iowa; two brothers, Steven Kubik of Frankville and Michael Kubik and fiance Melinda Enabnit of Charles City; three sisters, Paula Means of Jackson, Mo.; Kim and Bob Gossman of Decorah and Karla and Todd Farland of Forest City.
