HYMENEAL.
An event of unusual interest takes place to-morrow, December 22, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Hovey in Madison township, when their daughter Florence Gertrude becomes the bride of Oscar Alfred Vick, one of the prosperous young farmers of that community. The particular feature of this event is that it also marks the twenty-fifty anniversary of the marriage of Ole P. Hovey and Clara M. Hanson, and the fiftieth anniversary of the marriage of Charles M. Hanson and Jane Sander, parents and grandparents of the bride-to-be. This triple celebration will bring together a large company of relatives and friends to whom it will be a pleasure to welcome the newly-weds while they congratulate Mr. and Mrs. Hovey and Mr. and Mrs. Hanson upon their many years of wedded happiness. Rev. I. B. Torrison will perform the ceremony that unite Miss Hove{y} and Mr. Vick, at the First N. E. L. parsonage in this city and a reception will follow at the Hovey home. That they may journey life’s pathway together to the twenty-fifth and fiftieth milestones is a wish that is echoed by all their friends.

Last Friday afternoon at Decorah at the First N. E. L. church occurred the marriage of Florence Hovey and Oscar Vick. After the ceremony the reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. P. Hovey. O. P. Hovey and Clara Hansen also celebrated their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary and Chas. Hanson and Jane Sander their 50th anniversary. Congratulations.
