The marriage of Regina Voldun and Carl Soukup was announced at St. Wenceslaus Catholic church Sunday.

VOLDUN-SOUKUP.
The marriage of Regina Voldun, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Voldun, and Carl Soukup, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. John Soukup, both of this place was solemnized on Wednesday, Sept. 8th, at 9:00, Rev. J. P. Broz of the St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church officiating in the presence of relatives and friends. Emma Mikesh rendered appropriate music during the ceremony. The bride wore an ivory satin dress and carried a shower bouquet of pink and white carnations. The attendants were Frances Voldun, sister of the bride, and Louisa Soukup, sister of the groom, and Joseph Frey of Calmar, and William Novak, from near Lawler. The wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Voldun. The happy couple left for their honeymoon trip to Austin and Minneapolis. After their return they will make their home on the groom’s farm 4˝ miles west of town.
