The marriage of Miss Edith Lomen to Marx Birdsell occurred on Thursday last at the home of the bride’s mother, Rev. O. E. Schmidt officiating. Miss Lomen has been a member of the central office force of the Standard Telephone Co. for some time and is a deserved popular young lady. She has chosen to honor a young man who was well and favorably known and whose friends join with those of the bride in hearty congratulations. Mr. and Mrs. Birdsell have taken up their residence at Mason City where Mr. Birdsell is employed with the Litts-Spencer-Smith wholesale grocery company.
