The bans for the marriage of Miss Mary Haudek and Mr. Carl Michalek were announced from the pulpit of the Catholic church Sunday.

Carl Michalec was married this (Tuesday) morning at St. John Catholic church to Miss Mary Houdek, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Hodek of this city, Rev. Father Marshalek officiating. The young couple were attended by Miss Julia Sabelka and Mr. Levi James. After the ceremony the bridal couple departed to the home of the bride’s mother where a sumptuous wedding dinner was served. The groom is unknown in this vicinity, having formerly resided in Minnesota. The bride is a charming and accomplished lady, who has a host of friends, who join in wishing them a long and happy wedded life. Mr. and Mrs. Michalec will make their home in this city.
