A quiet wedding took place last Wednesday, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. Aarness{sp}. Their daughter Alma was united in marriage to Melvin Allison, Rev. S. A. Scarvie officiating. The groom is a young farmer residing Allamakee county, where the couple will make their future home. We all extend our congratulations.
