MARRIED.
BIRD—ORCHARD—In Decorah, Iowa, March 6th, 1908,{sic} R. F. Gibson, J. P., officiating, John C. G. Bird and Miss Elizabeth Agnes Orchard, both of Calmar.

John G. Bird, drayman in the Calmar Wagon Factory, and Miss Elizabeth A. Orchard, who recently arrived in this country from England, were united in marriage in Decorah Saturday. Mrs. Menashek gave a shower for the young couple at her home Saturday evening.
