Hymeneal.
Yesterday morning at eight o’clock at St. Benedict’s church, Rev. Father Mullen officiating, occurred the marriage of Miss Georgia Kathryn Nelson, third daughter of Mrs. Louis F. E. Nelson, to Mr. Louis James Buckner of Missoula, Mont. The bride was attended by her sister Miss Loraine Ruth Nelson, as maid of honor, and the groom by Mr. John McAndrews. The ceremony was followed by a reception and wedding breakfast at the home of the bride’s mother at 507 Day street. Mr. and Mrs. Buckner departed at 11:45 for Chicago. They will be at home after November 1st at Missoula.
In going to make her home permanently in the west the bride will be followed by the congratulations of many friends of her girlhood here in Decorah. The gentleman whom she has chosen to honor with her hand and heart is one of the prominent bankers of Montana, cashier of the First National Bank of Missoula, where he enjoys the confidence and esteem of a wide circle of acquaintances. That Mr. and Mrs. Buckner may enjoy many years of happiness and prosperity together is the wish of their acquaintances.
