An October Wedding.
There was a large and happy gathering of relatives and friends at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Headington in Canoe township Tuesday morning, the occasion being the wedding of their daughter May to Mr. Theodore McLane. The ceremony was performed at eleven o’clock by Rev. W. E. Van Buren and was followed by a bounteous wedding dinner. Mr. and Mrs. McLane are two of the best known and most highly esteemed young people of Canoe township. Their marriage will bring into close relationship two old and worthy families, and will be greeted with expressions of congratulation and good wishes on every side. The happy couple will make their home on the groom’s farm where the REPUBLICAN hopes many years of prosperity and happiness may attend them.
