The marriage of Miss Theresa Kipp to Mr. Phalen of Dubuque took place at the Catholic church here this morning. Miss Kipp is the daughter of B. Kipp, living east of town. A reception was given at the home of the bride, only neighbors and a few friends being present. They leave to-morrow for Dubuque where they will make their future home.
