A Christmas Eve Wedding.
Monday evening at five o’clock at the home of the bride’s parents occurred the marriage of Chester A. Neish and Miss Louise Sampson, Rev. I. B. Torrison officiating. The ceremony was witnessed by a company of about fifty relatives and friends and the occasion called forth the hearty congratulations of scores of friends who hold the contracting parties in the highest regard. The groom is the senior of the sons in the firm of A. Neish & Sons, and his bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Sampson, two of Decorah’s well known residents. Mr. and Mrs. Neish will be at home to their friends in the flat in the Barthell building on west Water street, and if good wishes augure{sic} anything theirs will be a happy life.
