Married.
Yesterday morning at the parsonage of the M. E. church, Rev. G. S. Lackland officiating, occurred the marriage of Mr. John G. Dell and Miss Grace Makepeace. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Makepeace, who reside a mile and a half west of Decorah, and is one of Winneshiek County's very best young ladies. She has been a successful and popular school teacher for the past five years, and her friends throughout the County are legion.
The groom is a well known young farmer of Howard County, a gentleman of sterling worth and character and well worthy of the charming bride he has won. Mr. and Mrs. Dell departed yesterday on a honeymoon trip to Minneapolis, and on their return will make their home on a fine farm near Cresco, where the best wishes of many friends go with them.—Decorah Public Opinion.
