—Parties in Decorah received invitations to the sixtieth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. E. T. Albert, which took place Nov. 29th. Mr. Albert will be remembered by old-timers as a hotel keeper at Lansing when that was one of the market towns of all this section of the state. From 1857 to 1897 is a long piece of married life.

Transcriber’s Note: The years 1857 to 1897 only equals 40 years so I don’t know if it was a typo or what.
