MARRIED.
KOTCHELL—HICKS—At the residence of Fred J. Riley, in this city, last evening. Aug. 9th, by Rev. L. L. Lockard. MR. NATHAN C. KOTCHELL and MISS CORA M. HICKS, both of Mason City.
The bride will be remembered as one of the best teachers in our public schools several years ago, whose superiority won for her an advanced position in the Mason City schools, a change of residence that now leads her into the state of matrimony. The groom is a successful and highly reputable business man of Mason City—a nephew of L. L. Cadwell, of this city. As nearly as we can learn it is a union that promises a degree of comfort that is the forerunner of happiness in this world. So may it prove.
