Rev. Lang and Miss Nellie Kratz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Kratz, were married Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock, at the German Evangelical church near this place, a brother of the groom, who is also a minister, performed the ceremony. After the ceremony guests, about eighty in number, proceeded to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kratz, where a reception was held and wedding supper served. Rev. Lang, during his brief residence here, has won the respect of all by his manly bearing and Christian character. His bride is one of the fairest daughters of this vicinity, and a host of friends join in good wishes and congratulations. Numerous beautiful and useful presents were bestowed upon this worthy couple as evidence of the position they hold among their acquaintances.
