The wedding of Thomas Webster son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Webster, and Miss Edith Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. R. Williams, was solemnized to-day (Wednesday) at the home of the bride’s parents before a company of forty invited guests, Rev. Vannice, of Waukon, officiating. The bridal party entered the parlor where the ceremony was performed to the music of the wedding march, played by Miss Dora Shattuck, of Waukon. The bride was handsomely attired in a silk dress of a delicate shade of brown, and the groom wore conventional black. After the ceremony the wedding supper was served and hours were spent in pleasant social discourse. There were a number of present from various places to attend the wedding, which joined the hearts and fortunes of two of the best young people of this vicinity. The best wishes and congratulations of a host of friends attend Mr. and Mrs. Webster as they launch their connubial craft.
