Hear those wedding bells—Mr. Phil Carolan and Miss Effie Willson. Miss Willson is well known and highly respected and one of our handsomest as well as one of the best of our Canoe young ladies. We are not so much acquainted with Mr. Carolan but hear him well spoken of.
