On Thursday, Nov. 20th, at the home of the bride, near Ridgeway, Rev. Damerow, of Decorah, officiating, occurred the marriage of Miss Clara A. Schmidt and Ernest J. Hanneman, of Cresco. The young couple took a wedding trip to Madison, Wis., and will reside in the E. B. Wildman home until spring when they will move onto a farm southwest of Cresco.
The bride has been for some time a popular clerk in the Alliance store, and the groom since leaving the farm has been in the employ of Mr. Peterson’s Electric Specialty Co. Both have a host of friends who extend to them their congratulations and best wishes.
