On Saturday last at the home of the bride's parents in Springfield township Mr. Elias F. Hov, of Hillsboro, N. D., and Miss Jeanette Garden, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Halvor Garden, were united In marriage. The groom is a businessman of Hillsboro, N. D., and while young in years is somewhat of a pioneer for that country as he has resided there for seventeen years. His bride is from one of the old and highly respected families of Springfield township, and many friends will join in extending congratulation and good wishes.

Mr. and Mrs. Elias F. Hov, who were married on the 8th inst., departed Tuesday for their home at Hillsboro, N. D.
