A quiet wedding took place at the German M. E. parsonage Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 17, 1901, when Rev. W.V. Schlung joined Mr. Conrad Gremm and Miss Ida Schoo together as man and wife. Only a few witnesses were present. Both are residents of Canoe township.
