Mr. and Mrs. Bovenizcr, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Moose, T. Letchford and Mabel, from Frankville, attended the marriage of Mr. Martin Ask and Miss Marselie Shefloc last Thursday, March 14, 1901. The ceremony was held at the Glenwood Lutheran church and the reception was at the home of the bride’s father. The bride looked very lovely as she marched up the isle dressed in silver gray satin, trimmed in pearl trimming, her bridal veil of white silk illusion reaching from her head to the floor. The bridal couple were preceded by three bridesmaids dressed in white, with their groomsmen by their side, all the gentlemen being clothed in conventional black. After the marriage the bridal party were accompanied by the guests to the house where they met the majority of them, and a bounteous dinner was enjoyed, A hundred and twenty-five guests were served and the number was swelled to one hundred and fifty ere night. The merry dance began about early lamplight and in the meantime supper was served. All were happy and left wishing for many returns of the day. Many valuable and useful presents were left with the bride and groom to show the kind and loving regard felt for them. Mr. and Mrs. Ask have not fully decided where they will make their home.
