—At Charles City, Tuesday morning, Miss Emma Foltz, daughter of John Foltz, of Decorah, and Fred Stabneow, of Greene, were united in marriage. They came to Decorah the same day for a visit with the bride's father and other relatives. Mr. Stabneow is a well-to-do young farmer residing ten miles west of Greene.
