An Orleans Wedding.
From, the Cresco Republican of last week Wednesday we clip the following item, relating to members of two of the best families in the county
To-morrow, Thursday, Feb. 7, at the home of the bride’s parents, near Kendallville, will occur the marriage of Miss Nellie Winifred Webster, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Webster, and Mr. Charles Page Lemon, son of Mr. and Mrs. M. S. Lemon, of Orleans township, Rev. O. H Holmes to officiate. This unites two of Winnesheik county’s most prominent and highly respected families, and the people of their immediate neighborhoods will be specially pleased at the consummation of the union
Miss Webster is one of those rare, gentle, womanly characters who is loved by all who know her intimately and honored and respected by everyone. She will grace the home over which she is to preside. Mr. Lemon is one of Winnesheik’s most honorable and ambitious young farmers. Always faithful to duty, courteous and kind to his friends and honorable in every detail of life. He is clearly entitled to life’s chiefest joys. The happy couple will be at home after Feb. 15th on the John Stockman farm near Kendallville.
