Married at Mason City.
At Mason City, Sept. 30th, Mr. G. B. Free of Sanborn and Miss Alice Maude Lawrence of Navan were united in marriage. The ceremony was perform¬ed at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. Frank Krumm. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Lawrence and has been for several years past one of Winneshiek county's brightest school teachers. The groom is one of the best railway postal clerks on the I & D. division, has a run from Dubuque to Spencer and is well thought of and esteemed as a thorough gentleman by all who know him. They are enjoying a happy sojourn throughout the east and will be at home to their friends at Spencer after Nov. 15th. The hearty congratulations and best wishes of all are theirs.
