Married Last Week.
On Wednesday morning of last week at the home of H. C. Thune in this city, Alderman John A. Marlow of the 1st ward and Miss Martha Johnson were united in marriage by Rev. M. Willett. So quietly were the preparations for this event conducted that even some of Mr. Marlow’s most intimate friends knew nothing about it until after it had transpired and he and his bride had departed for Chicago where the honeymoon was spent, They returned home Tuesday morning and since then have been receiving the congratulations and good wishes of their friends for a long and happy married life.
