Golden Wedding Anniversary.
The home of Mr. and Mrs. Ogdon Casterton was the scene on Monday last of an occasion which comes but once in the lives of man and wife. It was the celebration of the fiftieth wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Casterton. It was also the occasion of a family reunion, and of the ten children but one slaughter, Mrs. A. G. Humphrey of Ft. Ransom, N. D.., was absent. Those who were present were W. O. Casterton, of Highland township, Mrs. Samuel Halse of Dexter, S. D., Mrs. Isaac Fawcett of Hesper, Mrs. T. Ryan of La Crosse, Mrs. Fowler Humphrey of Ft. Ransom, N. D., Mrs. Granville Fawcett of Mabel, Mrs. Archie Bryant of Hesper, Mrs. W. E. Aiken of West Decorah, and C. O. Casterton of Highland township. It is scarcely necessary to add that the occasion was a most happy one.
