Invitations for the wedding of Miss Mary Philips and Mr. Ed Humphal of this place were issued last week. The knot will be tied by Rev. Fr. Dostal of Spillville to-day.

Last Tuesday at nine o’clock in the morning occurred the marriage of Mr. Adolph Humpal, and Miss Mary Phillips, at Spillville, the Rev. Father Dostal officiating. The groom is employed by the H. Miller Manufacturing Co., the bride being a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Phillips, living near Conover. After the ceremony a large reception was given at the bride's home. Calmar extends a hearty welcome to the young couple, who will make their home here.
