Wednesday evening, Jan. 27, 1904, at 8 o’clock, at the residence of the bride’s parents, James Lester and wife, was solemnized the marriage of their daughter, Miss Luella Lester, and Mr. W, J. Goldsworthy, Rev Thompson of Harmony, offiiciating. There were present the relatives of both contracting parties. A bountiful repast was served, followed by an evening of pleasant conversation. The bride and groom are well known in our community. They have a large and influential place among their young friends and certainly enjoy their best wishes and heartiest congratulations. After the ceremony was over and later in the evening the groom took his bride to the new home he had prepared for her on the Ralph Clark farm. May joy and prosperity ever attend them.
