Married at Billings, Mont.
The agreeable news comes to us in a Billings, Mont., paper that on the 9th inst. Miss Olive I. Lineau and Mr. C. M. Chaffee were united in wedlock at the home of a mutual friend, and amid an elaborate adornment with ferns, palms and flowers. Miss Lineau is well known to most Decorians as the eldest daughter of Mrs. Geo. Draper of this city, a very capable teacher who has been engaged in that occupation for several years. The paper from which we get our news speaks of the parties in this agreeable manner:--
Miss Lineau has been one of the successful teachers in the upblic{sic} schools here for the past three years and has taken active part in church and social circles. Mr. Chaffee is one of the prosperous ranch and stockmen of this vicinity; and by his honorable dealings with his fellow men has won the respect and esteem of all who know him.
The bridal couple left on the east-bound train for Grinnell, Iowa, and other eastern points, after which they will go to Arizona to spend the remaining winter months.
The event took place in Billings, on the 9th inst.
