At New Providence, Oct. 18th, took place the marriage of Harry E. Sampson to Miss Lulu Stubbs. The bride is the daughter of Rev. Stubbs who was pastor of the M. E. church here for several years and is a young lady of many accomplishments. Her charming manner and winning ways won her many friends during her stay here who will heartily join I wishing her { illegible } happiness and all the other rich blessings of life. They will be at home after Nov. 1st at Des Moines where the groom will follow the profession of law.
