WILBER-STEBBINS—At the residence of the officiating clergyman, Rev. C. P. Kirby, in Cresco, Ia., March l, 1905, at 2 o’clock p. m., Mr. Edward R. Wilber, of Plymouth Rock, Ia., and Mrs. Rose Stebbins, of Sherman, New York.
After the ceremony the couple retired to the residence of the groom where they were met by a large assemblage of his friends where they were first showered with rice and after the usual greeting they were led into a large host of valuable and useful presents and a well spread table where everybody enjoyed a bountiful feast. The crowd then had a social entertainment of games and music which lasted until 2 o’clock in the morning.
The groom is one of the best and most highly respected men of Plymouth Rock and is a well-to-do farmer and is well worthy of the bride he has won. May all anticipated happiness be theirs. COM.

Transcriber’s Note: The bride’s last name is spelled two different ways.
