Wedding Bells.
Yesterday morning at the Catholic Church in Calmar, was celebrated the marriage of John M. Cannon, a young and promising attorney of Cresco, and Miss Caroline Klein of Calmar, in the presence of only the immediate friends and relatives of the contracting parties, by the Rev. Father Norris. It is understood that they will immediately commence house keeping in the east part of the city, on the Berg addition, where they will be at home to their friends. The PLAIN DEALER congratulates them on their marriage, wishing them all the pleasure they anticipate in their relation of husband and wife.

Mr. John Cannon and Miss Carrie Klein were married Monday morning at 9 o'clock in the St. Aloisius{sic} church Rev. John Norris performing the ceremony, in the presence of a large gathering of relatives and friends.
The bride wore a beautiful and becoming costume of white cassimere, and was attended by Thresse Cannon. The groom was tastily attired in black broadcloth and was attended by Nick Klein.
After the ceremony the bridal party repaired to the residence of the bride’s parents where a wedding breakfast was served, only near relatives being present.
The groom is a rising and popular young lawyer of Cresco. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Amandus Klein, and is one of Calmar’s fairest young ladies possessing many charms three of the most dominent{sic} being modesty, beauty and refinement.
At noon the newly married pair departed for Cresco, their future home where the groom had prepared a cozy abiding place for his bride.

Last week, Monday, the 21st, occurred the marriage of Miss Carrie Klein, of this place, to Mr. John Cannon, of Cresco. The ceremony was performed at the Catholic church, after which the wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. Cannon left on the noon train for their future home at Cresco. Calmaries congratulates.
