Mrs. Benson, daughter of John Ossian Porter, after whom our village was named, was here last Friday to effect arrangements for the removal of the bodies of her mother and sister, which were interred many years ago in a grove in the northern part of town. After a brief stay she started for Canada, intending to return next spring, when she will have the bodies removed. --Ossian Herald
