Glee married Theodore Severin Klemesrud on June 16, 1932, probably in Iowa.

The couple had three children: Judy Lee Klemesrud (1939-1985); Candace Kay Klemesrud (1947-1989); and Tom (born 1950).

Glee died July 10, 1986, at Thompson, Winnebago, Iowa (or possibly Forest City).
