Scarville - Mrs. Carrie Trosthem, 81, who had been a resident of this community since 1903 and who for the past two years had lived at her home in Mason City, died Saturday morning. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at the Bethel Lutheran church near Vinje where she had been a member since moving to this community 40 years ago. Surviving are Mrs. Emma Benson, Mrs. Cora Limesand, Gust Trostheim and A.C. Trostheim, all of Mason City; Helmer Trostheim, who lives on the home farm northwest of Scarville, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
