Joseph H. Anderson
Representative from Winnebago county, was born on a farm in Winnebago county, Iowa. He received his education in the rural schools of his county and in the State Teachers' college at Cedar Falls, from which institution he graduated in 1898. For two years after his graduation he was principal of the school at Fairbank, Iowa. Since that time he has been engaged in farming except between January 1, 1905 to January 1, 1913, during which time he served as clerk of the district court of his county. In the fall of 1914 he was elected to the legislature from the Ninety-fifth representative district. Re-elected in 1916, 1918 and 1920. A republican in politics.
